Privacy Policy
PaperPlan is operated by Tinywave Labs. This policy explains how information is used when you visit our public guides or use our deck-rendering and project tools.

Information we receive
Google sign-in provides your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We also receive photos, design instructions, project details and proposals you choose to submit. A backyard photo or proposal may contain a home address or other information about your clients; only upload information you are entitled to share.
We receive subscription status and transaction references from Stripe to manage your plan. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Our servers and service providers also receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests and error logs when you use the service.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, save projects, generate images and proposals, deliver requested emails, manage subscriptions, provide support, diagnose problems and protect the service against misuse.
Photos and relevant project instructions are sent to Google Gemini when an AI feature needs them to generate or edit a design. Hosting, database and image-storage providers process information needed to operate PaperPlan. Our current infrastructure includes Render and Backblaze storage, and Resend delivers service emails.
Cookies and analytics
PaperPlan uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session security and local app state. Blocking those may prevent parts of the app from working.
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand public-page visits and product use. Browser analytics can include page addresses, referring pages, device information and interactions. Where enabled, PostHog can associate signed-in activity with your email address. Browser analytics loads only after the applicable consent decision; you can also turn it off for this browser below.
Operational events such as account creation, subscription changes and proposal activity are also recorded on our servers and may be sent to PostHog with an account identifier. The embedded calculator sends limited usage events, including its embedding hostname, with an identifier that changes on each page load. The browser-analytics switch does not delete account records or stop these server-side records.
Advertising on public guides
We are preparing Google advertising for public guides; ads are not currently enabled on PaperPlan. If activated, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites. Applicable advertising consent will be requested before ad delivery. Advertising will not be added to the paid workspace or project editor.
Google’s partner-site privacy explanation describes its handling of information. My Ad Center and industry opt-out tools offer additional advertising choices; these do not replace consent controls on a website.
Your privacy choices
Use the controls below to turn off browser analytics or reopen Google’s privacy message where it applies. Your analytics preference is saved on this browser for paperplan.app; it is not shared with other sites or devices. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal also keeps browser analytics off.
You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser, sign out, and change project-sharing settings in the app. Clearing storage may also clear saved privacy preferences. Contact hello@tinywavelabs.com to request access, correction or deletion of account or project information. We may need to verify ownership, and some records may need to be retained for billing, security or legal obligations.
Browser analytics is off while your consent decision is pending.
Manage privacy and cookie choicesService providers and policy updates
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their handling of information is also described in their privacy notices. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for every kind of record; contact us about a particular account or project.
We may update this policy when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest policy update. For privacy questions, contact hello@tinywavelabs.com.
